Members of Chandler Lodge #34, F. & A. M.:

At the Stated Communication on Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 the Lodge will consider the resolution to increase dues by $10 in each of the next 3 years.  Of this amount, the first $5 for 2009 will be dedicated to the building maintenance fund.  The remaining $5 for that year and the increase of $10 for 2010 and $10 for 2011 will be placed in the General Fund.

Notice is given to all members of the Lodge that the resolution for this substantial increase to our dues will have its Second Reading on May 13th and be voted on at that time.

Most important for this month is Mothers Day!  Remember to send your best love to Mom and all the Moms in your life.  A great treat on that special day would be our Mothers Day observance.  More than just brunch, but something really special, served by our Rainbow Girls.

Our Grand Lecturer will present a very interesting presentation on May 6th.  Come and learn about the Occult and Masonry.

Our annual steak fry will be the dinner for our June stated meeting.  Those of you who have attended this event in the past know what a great party it is.  If you have not been to one, you have an experience to anticipate.

As you can see from the calendar, this will be a full month for Chandler Lodge, with degree work and education opportunities.  Come and participate!

Menu

May: Mexican food - this month we will be enjoying another fine meal prepared and served by our Rainbow Girls.  Please come and enjoy a fine meal and great company and please do not forget to tip the ladies for their great service and for their fine cooking.

June: This month we will be having our steak fry and for the modest price of $15 you will get a great dinner and lots of Masonic brotherhood.  Please contact the lodge or any of our officers for tickets and come by and enjoy the fine meal and some great company.

Food Drive

Our Food Drive continues to grow.  We have several Non-perishable Food Item donations and over $200 in money, but as always we are in need of more.  Thanks to all for their generosity and support and please continue to support our Food Drive as you can.
